Quality Scales Unlimited is the largest industrial scale company in Northern California and Nevada. We work on electronic and mechanical weighing equipment from all manufacturers and installed in a wide variety of applications. Our 25 field service technicians have a wealth of experience in diverse industries. Our 14 heavy capacity test trucks and 30 utility trucks are fully equipped and stocked with parts necessary for most repair calls. We pride ourselves on prompt field service response time with on-call dispatch available 24/7. Dependable, quality service at competitive prices with customer satisfaction is our goal.

Locations
Quality Scales Unlimited’s headquarters is in Byron, centrally located in Contra Costa County east of San Francisco and Oakland. Our bay area location makes Byron a short distance from most customers in Northern California.

We have service techs and/or shops located in Bakersfield (CA), Chico (CA), Salinas (CA), Visalia (CA), and Reno (NV).
Our strategic locations give us great access to California and Northern Nevada for delivery of products and services.

Certified Technicians

Quality Scales Unlimited is committed to providing you with technicians who are trained on the most current scale technology. All our technicians are certified and receive training in scale repair and troubleshooting throughout their careers at QSU. In addition to in-house training, we offer training through many of our scale suppliers as well as training by experts in areas related to scale services such as electronics.

Keeping our technicians safe and ensuring our customers’ employees are safe while we are on their site is a major concern of Quality Scales Unlimited.
