We work on electronic and mechanical weighing equipment from all manufacturers and installed in a wide variety of applications. Our 17 field service technicians have a wealth of experience in diverse industries. Our 9 heavy capacity test trucks and 20 utility trucks are fully equipped and stocked with parts necessary for most repair calls. A 5,000 square foot shop and 5 acre yard in Byron California provide ample space for stocking a large inventory of scales and repair parts. Quality Scales Unlimited’s main office is in Byron, centrally located in Contra Costa County east of San Francisco and Oakland. Our bay area location makes Byron a short distance from most customers in Northern California. Our Nevada office is located in Reno and services most of Nevada.

All of our technicians are certified and receive training in scale repair and troubleshooting throughout their careers at QSU. In addition to in-house training we offer training through many of our scale suppliers as well as training by experts in areas related to scale service such as electronics.
